Rustler Men’s offense comes alive in home tournament

 
The Central Wyoming Men’s Basketball offense came alive this past weekend vs. Salish Kootenai and Montana Western’s JV team. In the first game of the Bailey Tire Tip-Off, the Rustlers were led by Davion Pearson with 22 points and followed by Armani Flannigan’s double, double with 15 points and 10 rebounds. Central took an early lead on Salish Kootenai and they never looked back the final score was 94 to 63. The Rustlers had 11 players in the scoring column with 12 players seeing action in Friday’s game.
 
In the second game of the tournament, the Rustlers came out and jumped on Montana Western’s JV team early, going into halftime up 57 to 18, and winning handily with a final score of 108-55. The Rustlers were led by Armani Flannigan’s 16 points and 5 rebounds to go along with Davion Pearson and Jordan Phouthavong’s 15 points apiece for the night. Central Wyoming plays Rocky Mountain on Tuesday night November 20 at home before a long road stand for a month.
