Full-time degree-seeking students who wish to apply for campus housing should complete the online housing application. For more information contact the Housing Manager.

A $100 reservation/damage deposit, along with a housing application, is required to be placed on the assignment list, from which assignments to open slots are made. This deposit can be paid online.

Freshmen are assigned to the Residence Hall or Mote Hall, then can be assigned to the apartments as space permits, once the Halls are full. Damage deposit, renovation fee and first month’s rent/meal plan charges are due prior to check in, or through financial aid disbursement at check-in, or arrangements can be made at check-in for payment plans.
