2013 Spring Semester Scholarships
The scholarships listed below are available to students planning to enroll for the 2013 spring semester. The deadline for completing the
application is
November 26, 2012.
CWC Foundation General Academic Scholarship
- Must complete an on-line Scholarship Application
- Minimum cumulative 2.0 GPA
- Must enroll for a minimum of 6 credit hours or more; minimum of 12 credit hours earned each semester for full-time awards; minimum of 6 credit hours earned each semester for part-time awards
Charlene Kondur
- Full-time student with a cumulative 2.0 GPA
- Minimum cumulative 2.0 GPA to maximum cumulative 3.0 GPA
David Usher Memorial
- Must complete an on-line Scholarship Application
- Native American student with a minimum cumulative 2.25 GPA. Preference will be given to student from local tribes
First Interstate Bank
- Full-time student with a minimum cumulative 2.5 GPA with a minimum of 12 credit hours earned each semester
Frank & Cynthia McCarthy Scholarship
- Must complete an on-line Scholarship Application
- Available to Native American students, local tribes preferred
- Minimum cumulative 2.25 GPA
Mike Bair Scholarship
- Must complete an on-line Scholarship Application
- Full-time student with cumulative 2.0 GPA
- Must be a Native American student from this year's St. Stephen's High, Wyoming Indian High, or Riverton High School graduating class
- Must be taking an English or creative writing class
- Funds to be used for tuition and fees only
Vocational Scholarship
- Must complete an on-line scholarship application
- Must be a full-time student pursing one of CWC's vocational programs (AAS or Certificate)
- Minimum GPA 2.0
Wyoming National Guard (must provide proof of active guard membership)
- This Fund shall be used to provide educational assistance to current active Wyoming National Guard members enrolled as credit students at CWC under the following conditions:
- The annual distribution will be administered by the CWC Office of Financial Aid, who is authorized to divide it appropriately among eligible applicants to pay for educational expenses which may include tuition, books, fees, etc.
- Applicants must complete the appropriate forms available from the Financial Aid Office
