| | Transfer StudentStudents transferring to CWC after attending another institution should complete and submit a "Request for Transcript Evaluation" form, available from the Registration and Records Office, and then contact all previous institutions to have official transcripts sent directly to the Registration and Records Office for evaluation. Transferring students may also provide unofficial copies of grade reports or transcripts to the academic advisor assisting with the first semester's registration if an official evaluation has not yet been completed. International Student TransferInternational students who wish to transfer to CWC from another institution must follow the same requirements for admission as first-time students in the U.S. Upon completion of the application process, you will receive notice from us that you have been accepted. A copy of your original I-20 and any additional ones, as well as a copy of your I-94, must be sent to us prior to your arrival, and a new I-20 will be issued to you once you are on campus. Admission is further contingent upon holding a valid, unexpired visa and the ability to provide evidence of financial support. International students must be fully prepared to meet the necessary financial obligations for the full time they will be in the U.S. International students who have been admitted to Central Wyoming College must enroll for the minimum of 12 credits each semester. International students must declare a program of study on the admission application, and must register as degree-seeking students. Transfer GuideProcedures for students transferring to CWC
Transfer Evaluation
Students waiting to transfer credits from another institution, need to fill out a Transfer Evaluation form and turn it into the Records and Research office. This can be done by mailing or faxing a completed form to the Records and Research office. Once transcripts and an evaluation form have been received, the students transfer will be processed and a copy of credits transferred will be mailed. Students must have other colleges send their official transcripts to the Records and Research office. The Records and Research office cannot request students transcripts. Transcripts should be mailed to the address above.
