Students transferring to CWC after attending another institution should complete and submit a "Request for Transcript Evaluation" form, available from the Registration and Records Office, and then contact all previous institutions to have official transcripts sent directly to the Registration and Records Office for evaluation.
Transferring students may also provide unofficial copies of grade reports or transcripts to the academic advisor assisting with the first semester's registration if an official evaluation has not yet been completed.
Transfer assistance to other institutions is provided through CWC's Student Support Services Program.
