Electrical apprenticeship courses now online

Central Wyoming College is now offering electrical apprenticeship courses entirely online. The courses  use the electrical curriculum from the National Center for Construction Education and Research.

Two courses, Electrical 3 and Electrical 7 are offered during the summer sessions. Courses begin Tuesday, May 28 and end August 2. Registration for summer classes is currently underway.

In the fall, Electrical 1,3,5, and 7 are available, and in the spring students may sign up for Electrical 2,4,6 and 8. The fall courses start September 2 and end December 18, while the spring semester classes begin January 17 and end May 11.

Students need to have regular access to a computer that can connect to the CWC online classroom. Each class consists of regular assignments and quizzes. Students are required to stay up-to-date in the course in order to be successful.
