Bill Hitt


Bill Hitt, hired in 2006 to develop and teach a new Fire Science program at CWC, has been a firefighter for 20 years and is an active volunteer member of the Fremont County Fire Protection District. Hitt has traveled to several states to fight wildland fires and has responded to major natural disasters, such as Hurricane Katrina and Rita and a tornado in Greensburg, Kansas. He is an arson investigator and has been called to testify as an expert witness.

Bill is a graduate of CWC.
