Transfer Students
The program offers advanced placement opportunities for transfer students who meet specified criteria. Students desiring to transfer from another nursing program must be approved by the Nursing Admission Committee and will be required to submit syllabi for any nursing courses considered for transfer. At that time, the nursing director and faculty will determine content similarity and placement in the program at CWC.
Students wishing an evaluation of collegiate work for transfer of credit must make arrangements for official transcripts from institutions previously attended to be sent to the Records Office at CWC. Students who wish to transfer in to the program at CWC from another nursing program or plan to transfer to a four-year institution for a bachelor of science degree in nursing are advised to contact the CWC nursing director.
