Clinical Education Requirements
Documentation requirements vary among clinical agencies and students are expected to abide by the rules and regulations of the respective agency(ies). All the following requirements must be met prior to participating in clinical training and must remain in effect throughout the program of study. Information regarding how the requirements are obtained is provided upon admission to the program. It is recommended that students begin to collect the required immunization documentation as soon as possible after admission notification. This provides time for records to be completed prior to classes beginning.
