Programs of Study

At CWC, you have a choice of enrolling in a program that takes you directly to the job market or to a path that prepares you for a bachelor's or graduate degree program.

If getting to work as soon as possible is your goal, our associate of applied science degree programs and credentials come in many technical and occupational areas. These programs vary in length from several months to two years or more, depending on your particular needs and backgrounds.

If you plan to earn a bachelor's or an advanced degree, you can get a solid start on your educational goals at CWC at a significant savings. An excellent option for the student who has multiple interests or who is unsure about a major is the General Studies program. It is designed to give you a broad liberal arts background and that includes the general education courses required at most four-year institutions.



Transfer Programs

If you plan to earn a bachelor's or an advanced degree, CWC is a great place to start.

The programs:

  • Usually two years in length.

  • Require completion of at least 64 credits.

  • Lead to Associate of Arts or Science degree.

  • CWC guarantees transfer of credit.

Career/Technical Programs

Students in CWC's career and technical programs develop the solid, professional skills today's employers demand. These programs are intended to prepare you for entry into the job market.

The programs:

  • Provide you real world experiences.

  • Provide hands-on instruction.

  • Vary in length (12 to a minimum of 64 credits).

  • Leads to a certificate, credential or Associate of Applied Science degree
