Students who complete the published requirements for one or more Central Wyoming College credentials, certificates and/or degrees will be graduated after completion. However, it is the student's responsibility to see that a completed Program Evaluation/Degree Audit, signed by their advisor, and an Application for Graduation form are submitted to the Registration and Records Office by the graduation application deadline in the term they are graduating. Waiting to receive end of term exams or final project results, before you apply for graduation, would result in a delay in your graduation date.
Students may officially graduate in December, May or August. However, the Commencement ceremony for all students is held in May. Students participating in the spring commencement ceremony must complete an order form for their cap and gown, no later than March 15. If you do not successfully complete all academic requirements by the end of the semester, you must reapply for graduation for the following semester.
It is the student's responsibility to apply for graduation within the specified graduation application period.

Program Evaluation/Degree Audit can be done through WebAdvisor or by the student's advisor. The Application for Graduation can be obtained from the Registration and Records Office, this web site, or on-line through WebAdvisor.
Signed Degree Audits/Program Checks, must be on file in the Records and Research Office by the October/February/August dates which appear in the academic calendar. If a student wishes to graduate and has not completed the process by that date, the student will be graduated at the end of the next term after the graduation process is completed.
