Students who complete the published requirements for one or more Central Wyoming College credentials, certificates and/or degrees will be graduated after completion. However, it is the student's responsibility to see that a completed Program Evaluation/Degree Audit, signed by a division chair, and an Application for Graduation form are submitted to the Records and Research office by the graduation application deadline in the term they are graduating. Students participating in the spring commencement ceremony must complete an order form for their cap and gown. Program Evaluation/Degree Audit forms are available from the student's advisor and the Graduation Application may be obtained from the Records and Research Office. Both forms can also be accessed from this web site.
Students should review their Program Evaluation (Degree Audit) with their advisor every time they register for classes. Program Evaluation will show what classes are needed to complete their program. Students who do not know their advisor or need one assigned should stop by the Records and Research Office, the Coordinator of Academic Advising Office, or an Academic Division Office. Further questions, please contact a member of the advising office at 307-855-2270 or 307-855-2223, or email us at records@cwc.edu. Students can print their program evaluation on-line with WEBADVISOR.

All degree seeking students are required to have an academic advisor. If they choose to be non-degree seeking and act as their own academic advisor (self-advised), it is understood that Central Wyoming College cannot be held responsible if they do not have the correct number of credits or the correct courses for the degree in which they wish to graduate with at a later date. Non-degree seeking students are responsible for making sure they have completed the necessary prerequisites for the courses in which they enroll.
All students who take English or Math courses must have ACT or COMPASS placement scores on file. From these scores, the student and/or advisor will determine their placement into the correct English or Math course. If at any time non-degree seeking students wish to have an advisor and/or degree assignment, they may request an advisor/degree assignment from an Academic Division Chair or from the Coordinator of Academic Advising.
