How To Verify Enrollment
Enrollment Verification
- Is your health insurance provider requesting proof that you are a full-time student?

Is providing proof of enrollment a requirement of your scholarship?

Are you applying for credit and need proof of enrollment?
If the answer is "yes" to any of these questions, you can obtain an Enrollment Verification Certificate from the National Student Clearinghouse 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for just $2.50 at http://www.studentclearinghouse.org/ . From their home page, just click on the "student" tab and choose "EnrollmentVerify". You must then use a credit card to pay the $2.50 fee.
*Enrollment Verifications cannot be done by the National Student Clearinghouse if you said "no" to directory information when you applied for admission to CWC.
Enrollment verifications can also be done on-line through WebAdvisor at no charge; however, requests are only processed weekly.
Degree Verifications
Central Wyoming College has authorized the National Student Clearinghouse to provide degree verifications. If you are an employer or background screening firm requesting information, please visit http://www.degreeverify.org/ .
