For the seventh time since 2000, Central's men's rodeo team captured the Central Rocky Mountain Region championship. The Rustler men were ranked seventh nationally. Individual regional champions include Seth Glause as the Men's All Around and Saddle Bronc winner and Ty Hamaker in bull riding. The Central women's team placed second in the CRMR and sends a team of four to the College National Finals. For national and regional results, click here.

Blaze HamakerBlaze is a Laramie, Wyo., cowboy who is majoring in general studies in his first year at CWC. The saddle bronc rider is a state champion and a two time NHSRF qualifier. |
Ty Hamaker
Ty is a third-year general studies student from Laramie and is a saddle bronc and bull rider. He paced sixth in bull riding at the College National Finals Rodeo last summer and won the CRMR bull riding championship in 2008. |
Seth GlauseSeth is a Rock Springs, Wyo., cowboy and is a second-year general studies major at CWC. He competes the saddle bronc, bull riding and team roping. He was the 2007 CRMR Saddle Bronc and All-Around champion and placed fourth in the nation in bull riding at the College National Finals Rodeo last summer. He won the CRMR All-Around Championship in 2008 and was also crowned the Saddle Bronc champion. Seth is also nationally ranked, competing in professional rodeos while taking CWC courses online full time. |
Annie Joanette
Annie is a Fallon, Nev., native who is studying criminal justice. The 2005, 2006 and 2007 CNFR team member competes in barrel racing, breakaway roping and goat tying. She was the runner-up breakaway roper and barrel racer of the 2006 Central Rocky Mountain Region. |

Joe MundrofJoe hails from Mullen, Neb., and is a third-year student majoring in welding. Joe is a bareback rider and is the CRMR bareback champion in 2006-07. He earned an Associate of Applied Sciences degree at May's graduation. |
Chelsea MooreChelsea is an international student from Pouce Coupe British Columbia who comes to CWC with lots of rodeo experience. She is a four-time Canadian High School Rodeo Finals All-Around Champion, a four time BCHSRA All-Around Goat Tying and Cutting Champion and a four-time NHSFR qualifier in breakaway goat typing, team roping and cutting. She placed sixth in the NHSFR goat tying. She is a first year student at CWC and majors in business. |
Kori JorgensenKori is a Blackfoot, Idaho sophomore who competes in breakaway roping and goat tying. She is a general studies major. She earned an Associate of Arts degree in May. |

Jessica PicchiettiJessica is a first-year student who is competing in breakaway roping, team roping, goat tying and barrel racing. The Arlee, Mont., native was the 2006-07 All-Around champion in Montana and was the 2007 champion breakaway roper. She placed tenth at the NHSRF in breakaway roping. She is following a pre-pharmacy curriculum. |
