The CWC Equestrian Club is open to all CWC students and staff who are interested in any type of horses and/or riding discipline whether it be English, Western, showing, rodeo, ranch work or pleasure riding.
Although the activities vary from year to year depending upon what the members want to do they typically involve:
- a Fun Day in October open to everyone including a Halloween costume contest for horse and rider, plus various games and contests played on horseback
- Christmas pictures with your horse
- and a Trail Ride in the spring.
In addition the club has had Movie Night, helped with campus activities, is selling rodeo tickets for this year's Rustler Rodeo and plans to pick up trash along the road for Earth Day.
