Transition to College
Here's some advice for students just starting college
- If you tested into developmental reading, writing or math classes, take them.
- Don't overload yourself the first semester.
- Work hard, play hard!
- Attend classes regularly.
- Find a study buddy or form a study group for every class.
- Sit front and center.
- Get to know your instructors.
- Find a place at home or on campus that fits your study needs.
