If you are graduating from high school (not a BOCHES student), a high school graduate or completed the General Education Exam (GED), you should apply for admission as a first time freshman.

If you have questions, be sure to talk to an Admissions representative. Click on the Admissions Representative link to the left to find out who we are and when we’ll be in your town.

Ready to get started at CWC?

Apply online! It’s free, It’s easy and fast. Check out our step-by-step guide.

CWC is an open-enrollment institution. That means that all students are accepted once their application has been submitted. This doesn’t mean wait and apply! There is a lot to do after you have applied so apply now!

Gather Materials

Before you begin the admissions application process, it’s important to make sure that you have all the following information: Social Security number, date of birth, and current contact information.

Get E-mail

To complete the online admissions application, you must have a working e-mail address. If you need an e-mail address, you may obtain a free one from Yahoo or from Hotmail. Once you have these, come back and apply.

  1. Please request to have an official seven semester high school transcript or GED certificate sent to the CWC Records and Registration Office.
  2. If you have taken classes or are currently taking classes at a college not CWC, please have your transcripts be sent to CWC Records and Registration Office.
  3. You will want to have your ACT/SAT Scores sent to CWC to be used for scholarship and career placement purposes. These scores are not part of the admissions process but we encourage you to send them.
