The public may book all or part of the Sinks Canyon Center facility on a first-come first-serve basis.
Bookings are accepted up to two years in advance.
A security deposit in an amount equal to the cost of the facilities is required for each reservation. No other custodial fees apply.
We will partially or fully refund the security deposit after the event, depending on the condition of the facilities.
No additional fees apply for alcohol use, although permission of the CWC President will be required.
Payment of the security deposit reserves the date(s) for the event.
Remainder of the total due must be at the CWC Sinks Canyon Center 10 days before the beginning of the event.
Cancellation fees: Customer will receive a full refund if the event is cancelled 14 days beforehand. If a customer cancels an event within 14 days of its confirmed date, half of the security deposit will be retained by CWC.
