We provide all the communications equipment that you need to make your business presentation a success: LCD projector/screen, wireless internet, TV/VCR/DVD, dry erase board & markers, cork boards.

Tables and chairs can be configured to meeting your individual needs.
Retreat ideas include:

hosting yoga classes or meditation sessions in a large, carpeted room with views of the river, with room for walking meditations and over a hundred acres for meditative walks.

giving writers the privacy of rustic cabins to work in all day then providing opportunities for sharing ideas and feedback with others by the fireplace in the evenings.

giving artists inspiration by which to create as the mountains, cliff sides, meadows, hay fields, orchards and stands of old cottonwood and pine trees are all here. Artists can then view each other’s work or attend classes in Fremont Hall.

separating your colleagues from every day stress by hosting corporate retreats while still providing access to the world through the internet, if needed.
At night, look up; the Milky Way is clearly visible most nights throughout the year. It's inspiration for your next day's events.
Capacity:
We can accommodate the following number of overnight retreat guests in our seven rustic cabins:

Fremont Hall - upstairs dining/meeting/class room: 55 people

Fremont Hall - downstiars meeting/classroom: 78 people

Cottonwoods outdoor canopy (30' x 45'): 100 people

Small cabins: Four bunk beds - up to eight people

Large cabin: Two futons, two twin beds, two double beds with twin bunk (8 people single occupancy and 12 people double occupancy)
The log cabins have heat and electricity and are next to a modern ADA-accessible bathhouse for rest room facilities and showers. You can view photos of our facilities and acquire more details by clicking on the "facilities" page.
