Software Support Specialist-Option: The Software Specialist option is designed for students who wish to prepare for positions as Help Desk Technician, Technical Support Specialist, and Customer Service Representative. Computer Support Specialists provide technical assistance and support for customers and users. Graduates will develop technical and computer-related skills and verbal and written communication skills. Students will complete internships as lab and help desk technicians.
